In our Boutique, you can find typical and speciality cold meats and cheeses.
From the classic, oldest cheese in the world, Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese) to Grana Padano (similar to Parmesan cheese), from Tuscany-flavoured pecorino (sheep cheese), like Pinzano, to Pecorino di Gallura and Sardinian Fiore, made on the island of Sardinia.

Some other rare cheeses: Castelmagno, a Piedmontese cheese which has obtained the DOP (Denomination of Protected Origin) mark.
Cheese can be more or less full-bodied according to the degree of maturation. At Seghezzo you can find some soft cheeses, such as the delicate Quartirolo from Lombardy; Fleury, a typical French cheese; Cheddar cheese, both white and yellow, with its typically compact texture.
Fresh from Spain, you can taste Manchego, a robust and salty cheese, produced with the best milk from the region of La Mancha.
Let us mention several types of caciotte; Squacquerello, soft and delicate; a special kind of ricotta that can be grated to add flavour to any dish; Tete de Moine, a French cheese ideal for desserts; Mimolette, which looks like a sphere covered by its dark crust, which encloses a soft orange-coloured pulp..

Cold meats:

Let yourselves be tempted by the sheer variety of tasty, original cold meats, such as sweet, lean Parma ham, salty San Daniele, smoked Prague ham or simple, lactose-free ham, not to mention the famous salted and spiced Arnad Lard, enriched with mountain herbs.

As a starter, our shop suggests very thin slices of Lardo di Colonnata, (lard from Tuscany), with wholemeal bread and butter.
If you want to surprise your guests at some important dinner, you can serve Patanegra and Serrano, the most refined types of Spanish ham, obtained from the meat of the most tender pigs.
At the cold meats counter you will also find: cacciatorini (small salami), peppered sausages from Tuscany, delicately scented turkey breast with herbs, ham with juniper, the fiery-red Calabrian Spianata, aromatic, smoked beef and bacon, delicate deer bresaola, compact Lioner, made with wurst-type meat and olives and, last but not least, Cav.U.Boschi salami, first-class lean salami with exquisite taste.
